New Support Page Notification

Notification regarding the transition from the legacy support page to the Byte Community.

The legacy support pages, including access to release notes and downloads, have been transitioned over to our Byte Community site. Please note, your credentials for the legacy support website will not work for the Byte Community as the logins are user specific.

Community licenses are designed primarily for Byte administrators and those within your company responsible for creating or managing technical support cases. If there is anyone at your company that will need access to Byte release notes and downloads, and does not yet have a Byte Community log in, they can set up their account from the login screen or contact Byte Support and we will be happy to set that up for you prior to the upcoming release. 

Additional Training Materials

In addition to being housed in the Byte Community Video Training Center, our non-administrator focused training content is also now available to you in a public format (PDF) with direct-play links you can share internally for those without a community license, as well as the ability to download the videos if you want to add them to your own internal training platforms.
